LIZY is a well funded (€10M+) startup with off-the-charts revenue growth (>300% per year) and an amazing team of 40+ A-players. We are looking for an Outbound Account Executive to spearhead our outbound sales efforts.
Core tasks
You will be a fully cycle Account Executive. You will not be booking meetings for someone else but will be interacting on your own with HR Managers, CFO's and CEO's of some of the coolest companies in Belgium on a daily basis
With your drive and charisma you build, from scratch, a client portfolio consisting of SMEs across Belgium
You understand the needs of our potential customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs or HR Managers)
You are responsible for the entire sales process, from reaching out hot potential prospects to guiding customers to order their first cars with us
You will develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes / challenges, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise
Must have requirements
Sales mentality and extremely motivated
Resourceful: This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things that we have not done before. You can take independent decisions and initiatives.
Eager to learn: Strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself
Winner's mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and French
